NJN's College Telecourses program enables students to earn a two-year degree without having to attend classes on campus. The program is a cooperative effort among NJN, PBS and colleges in New Jersey. Students interested in taking advantage of the program must enroll at a participating college. NJN delivers coursework throughout the state for live viewing or VCR recording for later viewing.
Degree-granting colleges participating in the program include: Atlantic Cape Community College (www.atlantic.edu), Bergen Community College (www.bergen.cc.nj.us), Brookdale Community College (www.brookdale.cc.nj.us), Burlington County College (www.bcc.edu), County College of Morris (www.ccm.edu), Cumberland County College (www.cccnj.net), Gloucester County College (www.gccnj.edu), Mercer County Community College (www.mccc.edu), Ocean County College (www.ocean.edu), Raritan Valley Community College (www.raritanval.edu), Sussex County Community College (www.sussex.edu), and Union County College (www.ucc.edu). Four-year institutions using NJN telecourses as part of a broader distance learning-based degree program include the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) (www.njit.edu), Thomas Edison State College (www.tesc.edu), Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (www.stockton.edu), and the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) (www.umdnj.edu).
