JOBCAST is NJN's first digitally televised and webcast program and is aimed at preparing individuals for employment in the public and private sectors. About eight-minutes in length, programs feature career profiles, success stories, job search tips, or opportunities within New Jersey's workplace.

BCIT instructor and job placement officer talk about the job opportunities in certain careers such as operating heavy equipment. Inmates in the heavy equipment class express their desire to make the best use of their time so that they come out with a skill. BCIT programs, they say, offer inmates hope for the future. |
