NJN Public Television & Radio, in cooperation with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD), has developed a broad range of workforce training programs and services that are designed to provide all the people of New Jersey with access to information that can enhance their chances of success in the workplace.

NJN is using a variety of delivery systems including traditional analog broadcast, digital television, videotapes, online services and workbooks to offer customized, personalized access to expanded educational opportunities.
