 New Jersey's One Stop Career Center System is predicated on the holistic principle of putting the "customer first." Designed to fundamentally change the way workforce services are delivered, the One Stop Career Centers fully integrate all workforce programs and services (unemployment, job training, job search assistance, etc.) available at the state and local levels as if they were a single entity. This means that the delivery of workforce investment services must be adapted to the needs of its customers, rather than to those of the agencies that deliver services.
