Business Services

The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development's Division of Business Services is ready to assist employers with all of their workforce needs. This eleven minute video provides an extensive overview of LWD's business services including a Customized Training Program to upgrade worker's skills; individualized and confidential Human Resources support services; and a Rapid Response Team to assist both employers and workers involved in a plant closing or a mass layoff.
