As we continue to respond to the workforce issues of New Jersey jobseekers, we will identify and provide information on specific professions/and or industries that have an excess of demand over supply for adequately trained workers. This information may be particularly useful for the jobseeker who is entering the workforce for the first time or considering a career change. The careers in demand that we have identified all require some level of education and/or training to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to qualify for an entry-level position. The demand for qualified individuals in these careers is projected to grow over time.
