When Dr. Margaret McMenamin was sworn in as the Union County College President yesterday, it was a milestone event. She is UCC’s 8th president, and its first female president. That’s welcome news for the members of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Council on Education, or ACE, a national organization for women in higher education.
