The seaside town of Wildwood contains the largest concentration of mid-twentieth century resort architecture. Named after the popular music of the 50s and 60s, the eye-catching style of Doo Wop is fun, imaginative and surprising with dazzling neon and Miami Beach-inspired design. But as land values escalated, family-owned motels were replaced by a sea of condominiums.
