abused yet such abuse often goes unreported.
Living in silence has forced many Hispanics
into isolation. Working with the NJ Commission
on Civil Rights in the NJ Department of
Law and Public Safety, the program offers
advice to Hispanics on how to come out of
the shadow of fear and understand their
rights as citizens of New Jersey.
