You've served your time; you've come back home.  But that's not enough to get your vote back.  When New Jerseyans go to the polls to elect a Governor, tens of thousands - mostly men and disproportionately black - will be ineligible.  They're the people on probation or parole.  But the NAACP and the ACLU are trying to change that rule.  A State Appellate Court decision is pending, but the matter's likely to find its way to the State Supreme Court.
