Larry Peterson: Innocent and Imprisoned?
1008

Larry PetersonFor 18 years he's insisted that he's innocent - that he had no part in the rape and murder of Jacqueline Harrison. Now, DNA tests all support his claim ... and Barry Scheck's Innocence Project has taken his case. But Larry Peterson remains in prison, while a county prosecutor contends that he's not convinced his office convicted the wrong man. On this edition of Due Process, Sandra King goes inside Trenton State Prison to tell Peterson's story, while Raymond Brown brings the larger question of wrongly convicted inmates inside the studio. Studio guests: Joseph Donahue, a former Bergen County Prosecutor; Madeline deLone, executive director of the Innocence Project, and David Shephard, a man who spent 12 years in state prison for rape before DNA testing proved his innocence.
