FRESH – An off-shoot of the Future Problem Solvers Club at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School, FRESH was created to tackle the increasing social problem of childhood obesity. The high school students participate in an after-school program for K-3, preparing healthy snacks like bagel faces, sushi, and fruit smoothies; learning new sports and active games; planting vegetable gardens; and creating healthy family cookbooks.

Tech Challenge – King of the Castle is the theme of this year’s Black Horse Pike Regional School District 2008 Tech Challenge. Each year the Challenge encompasses individual and team work to produce something using identical supplies. The lessons include writing and math to help with the HSPA testing.

Bats N Bugs – Winfield Elementary School kindergartners and first graders learn about bats, worms and insects. This project helps children understand the importance of these creatures to the earth’s ecosystem.

Digital Classroom – Chatham High School explores NJN's Digital Classroom, a program designed to provide instant access to short video clips on virtually any subject in the curriculum, giving teachers an effective and dynamic tool to supplement their lesson plans.
