and music have in common? Ask the students at Steinert High School in Hamilton
Township. Physics students formed a band and will perform for the community.
Great Thinking Machine - Regular and special needs students from McAuliffe Middle School in Jackson combine the lessons of Helen Keller in a competition called The Great Thinking Machine. The game combines left and right brain clues with sign language skills.
Professional Development - Five years ago New Jersey teachers were told that they had to earn 100 hours of professional development credits every five years in order to maintain their teaching certificate. We'll talk with Cherylin Roeser, chair of the NJ Professional Teaching Standards Board to find out how this new regulation is working to help teachers maintain high standards.
