We examine the outcome of some of the most notable local contests. We talked with Sussex County Freeholder Howard Burrell, the first African American in the county's 246 year history. This is followed by a discussion of the elections impact on people of color. Later we hear about new legislative districts scheduled to be mapped out in early 2001 - after the census.
