1998-1999 season

Phyllis Yvonne Stickney (1213)

Her talent on and off the screen has taken her from Harlem to Hollywood. She talks about her early beginnings doing standup on the street, the influence of theatre, and her special gift of laughter with topics such as politics, the church, ebonics, and other issues of life. Examples of each are shown through her standup performance in Trenton in a back and forth from interview to standup performance.
