Hosted by Candace Kelley Matlock, this program includes glimpses into the homes of foster care families as well as a discussion of the foster care process. Guests include Reverend Darrel Armstrong, Founder and Director of National Association of Foster Care, Inc.;Denise Smith, Statewide Recruiter for NJ Foster Care;Gwendolyn Harris, NJ Commissioner of Health and Human Services; and Gary and Fredericka Lockhart, former foster care parents for four boys who they later adopted.
