The Three Doctors (1405)

Despite the odds of the inner city, 3 young men made a pact to stick together and do whatever it took to become doctors. It was a bond that kept them away from the tough streets of Newark, and landed them in the filed of medicine. These young men were also honored at this year's "Essence Awards" for their efforts. Two of the doctors join us in the studio to further discuss the pact they made and how they carried it out. They also discuss their commitment to speaking to young people and being role models, and a foundation they started to provide youth with additional help.
