Anthony Quinn: Reflections in the Eye

Anthony Quinn, who died in June 2001, is renowned for movies such as Guns of Navarone, Zorba the Greek and Jungle Fever. In a career spanning 65 years he appeared in over three hundred and fifty films, winning numerous awards including two Oscars. But, as Anthony Quinn: Reflections in the Eye reveals, Quinn's number one passion was not acting. Instead he dreamed of making a living as a painter and sculptor. Finally, at the age of 85, he realized his long-held life ambition. In this one-hour biography produced a year before his death, clips from his films, interviews with his family and colleagues, including Alan Bates and Arnold Schwarzenegger, and extensive conversations with Quinn himself, tell the story of his life as an actor, writer and visual artist.
