 The Saddle Club is a 26-part entertaining children’s drama series about three young heroines and their adventures with horses at Pine Hollow Stables.
It is based on the best-selling book series by Bonnie Bryant, and has a loyal following among millions of young readers. Set amidst the excitement of the equestrian world, each episode takes 12-year-old friends Stevie, Carole and Lisa on a journey of personal discovery and growth. As if pressures from the stables, caring for their horses, school, babysitting, and parents aren’t enough, the threesome are now beginning to notice boys for the first time.
 Targeted to 5-to-9-year-olds, the TV series promotes friendship, inspires loyalty and encourages involvement in a positive sport—horse riding. It also teaches social lessons, promotes literacy skills and is a springboard for a range of curriculum projects.
