Janet’s Law Will Require Defibrillators In New Jersey Schools
Janet’s Law, legislation that would require every public and private school in New Jersey to have at least one Automated External Defibrillator (AED), recently passed the New Jersey Senate and Assembly unanimously after years of work by Karen and Jim Zilinski. The couple’s daughter, Janet Zilinski, died in August 2006 after suffering sudden cardiac arrest at the age of 11.
