Do you have a photo or, preferably, an electronic image of that special moment in time during World War II when someone you know – your father, mother, spouse, sibling or friend – paused for a moment for the camera and was captured on film – forever. The snapshot will be added to this online album of memories of World War II.

So – track down a copy of your favorite family WWII snapshot – overseas or on the home front. Please include a caption including the name(s) of the person(s) in the photo, where it was taken, approximate date of photo and your name. A story or anecdote about the photo(s) is also welcome. Mail to:
