Matt
Schwede and Meghan Wood live together in Hoboken,
and share a studio in Jersey City. Matt's side
looks something like a high school science room
- a towering human skeleton made of wire and masking
tape looms over his collection of handmade lungs,
tongues, hearts and other internal organs. Meghan's
side is decorated with intricate tapestries and
quirky, abstract compositions of buttons. We'll
visit their studio and get a preview of this year's
New Jersey Fine Arts Annual at the Jersey
City Museum featuring an eclectic exhibition of
contemporary art by New Jersey artists.
New Jersey Fine Arts Annual runs through April
28th. For more information visit the Jersey City
Museum online at www.jerseycitymuseum.org,
or call (201) 413-0303.
