Scott A. Kobler, Esq., is a Trustee and Secretary of the NJN Foundation, Chair of the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority, a Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, and a Fellow of Leadership New Jersey (The Partnership for New Jersey). Kobler is a Partner and member of the Executive Committee of McCarter & English, New Jersey's oldest and largest law firm. Founded over 160 years ago, McCarter & English is a full-service law firm with approximately 430 attorneys. Kobler practices in the area of public finance, specializing in the financing of substantial health care and housing institutions. He holds an A.B. from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and attended Princeton's Graduate School before earning a law degree from Boston University.
