Peter J. Cocoziello

Peter joined the NJN Foundation Board in 1998. He is the President and CEO of Advance Realty Group (ARG) which he founded in 1979. With its headquarters located in Bedminster, NJ, they have operating offices in a geographic footprint between Boston and Washington. ARG is a fully integrated commercial property company focusing on development, build-to-suit, strategic acquisitions, community redevelopment, construction and asset management.

Peter is very active as Chair of NJN (New Jersey Network) and the Italian American Heritage Foundation, and serves on a vast number of Boards such as NJN Foundation; NJ Chamber of Commerce; Trustee, Abbey Woods at Delbarton and Smeal Business School at Penn State University and World Presidents Organization. The recipient of major honors including Developer of the Year, NAIOP – The Forum for Commercial Real Estate, Ernst & Young, Inc. NJ “Entrepreneur of the Year – Real Estate Division”, Outstanding Business People, Large Corporation, Somerset County Chamber of Commerce, Top 20 Companies, Central New Jersey Business Magazine, Humanitarian Award, National Conference for Community and Justice.

Peter has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University, Senior Certificate in Mortgage Financing from New York University and Harvard University Presidents’ Program.
